  • Technical specifications are provided for guidance. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) confirm exact specifications for each batch.
  • Custom sizes and specifications are available on request.

2.2 Product Availability

  • Stock availability is subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities on any order.
  • Lead times for non-stock items will be confirmed at the time of order.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and raw material costs.
  • Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are additional unless explicitly included.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Standard terms require advance payment or Letter of Credit for new customers.
  • Credit terms may be extended to established customers after evaluation.
  • We accept bank transfers, cheques, and Letters of Credit.

4. Orders and Delivery

  • Order confirmation will be sent via email after verification.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4.2 Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • We ship domestically across India and export internationally.

4.3 Inspection

  • Buyers must inspect goods within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Any damage or discrepancy must be reported immediately with photographic evidence.
  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped.
  • Custom-made or cut-to-length items cannot be returned.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

5.2 Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to buyer error are borne by the buyer.

  • Mill Test Certificates (MTC) are provided with every shipment.
  • Third-party inspection can be arranged on request at additional cost.
